How you’ll make an impact in this role

Lead the daily clinical flow by proactively coordinating with providers to resolve outstanding items, ensuring every patient visit is seamless and focused.

Prioritize urgent patient needs by triaging portal requests and time-sensitive cases to ensure rapid, high-quality interventions when they matter most.

Empower patients through clear communication by delivering lab results and answering clinical questions promptly, providing the clarity and peace of mind they deserve.

Champion the maternal health journey by organizing the daily intake of new OB patients, ensuring our newest parents feel supported from their very first appointment.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
Additional Preferences:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Prior experience in triage, with advanced preference for candidates backgrounded in Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Mother/Baby care.
