About the Role

As a Registered Nurse - Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Your expertise and guidance will empower our nursing team to provide individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring our team of nurses, providing education and training to ensure they are equipped to deliver the best possible care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as necessary

  • Lead and mentor our team of nurses, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge

  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address patient needs

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and outcomes
