RN Supervisor – Evening Shift

Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Full-Time

Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee our evening nursing operations. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel during the evening shift

  • Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with care plans and physician orders

  • Monitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns as they arise

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and resident concerns

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and staffing needs as necessary

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee nursing documentation practices

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

  • Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to make sound clinical decisions and effectively manage staff
