CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Millis, MA for a 12-hour overnight shift. We are looking for a dependable and compassionate caregiver who can provide attentive, consistent support throughout the overnight hours.

What We Offer

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

  • Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Assist with meals and other daily needs as required

  • Provide companionship and reassurance

  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

  • Follow the client’s care plan and established routines

  • Monitor and communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

  • Able to commit to a 12-hour overnight shift
