Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain adequate, up-to-date medical records, completed in a timely manner, according to the guidelines of BHCHP, employing standard forms such as problem lists, medication lists, etc. Maintain active DPH, DEA, and professional license, managed care credentialing and CPR training. Some on-call and holiday coverage required. Qualifications: Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Registered or eligible to be registered with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency. At least one year of direct NP/PA experience. Life support training certification (e.g. CPR, BLS, ACLS) from a course that includes a hands-on, in-person component. If not certified prior to start date, applicant must submit certification within 90 days of start date.
