Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and licensed nurses

  • Monitor and report on resident conditions, ensuring timely notification to healthcare providers

  • Assist with vital sign checks, Including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare team members

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review resident care plans and address concerns

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
