Luxor Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Regional MDS Director to support our growing portfolio of skilled nursing facilities in Tennessee and Kentucky.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a strong team of clinical leaders and make a meaningful impact across multiple facilities while helping drive quality outcomes, reimbursement accuracy, and MDS excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regional oversight, guidance, and support to facility MDS Coordinators.

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and care plans.

  • Monitor PDPM reimbursement, case mix, and quality measures.

  • Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and state requirements.

  • Conduct facility audits and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Train, mentor, and develop facility MDS teams.

  • Partner with Administrators, DONs, and corporate leadership.

  • Monitor MDS processes, documentation, and reimbursement performance.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license preferred.

  • Previous MDS Coordinator experience in skilled nursing.

  • Regional or multi-facility MDS experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, PDPM, and RAI requirements.

  • Experience with MDS audits, reimbursement, and clinical documentation.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel throughout Tennessee and Kentucky.
