The Clinical Nurse Manager has overall accountability for the daily operations of one or more clinical areas. Our nurses are trained to work both the intermediate and the medical surgical side. The nurse to patient ratio for the Intermediate Care beds are 3 to 4 and for the Medical/Surgical beds are 5 to 6.
