As Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) the expectations are:

•      To provide care for the residents such as bathing, dressing, serving meals and assist with feeding as needed.

•      To assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident

•      To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.

•      To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team

CNA Qualifications:

•      Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA);  in the state of Delaware

•      Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred; but not required

•      Ability to build rapport with our residents

•      Compassionate and caring demeanor
