Qualifications for RN Supervisor: Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required. No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
