About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring resident vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and families
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records and reports
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
