As a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP), you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Pleasanton, CA. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Men's health experience highly preferred!



What You’ll Do

  • Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
  • Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
  • Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
  • Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
  • Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
  • Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
  • Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
  • Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
  • Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
  • Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned


What You’ll Bring

  • Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
  • Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
  • Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
  • At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $165,000 - $175,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
