What You'll Do

As a Caregiver/CNA, you'll play an important role in helping residents live comfortably, confidently, and independently.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with daily activities and personal care needs
Supporting medication reminders and other resident services
Encouraging independence and promoting dignity
Escorting residents throughout the community and to activities
Assisting with meal service and dining support
Helping create meaningful moments and engaging experiences
Building relationships with residents and their families
Treating every resident with kindness, compassion, and respect
