Southeastern Indiana Respiratory & Critical Care, a proud member of the Columbus Regional Health Physicians network, is seeking a highly skilled, confident, and autonomous Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to lead in the Critical Care Unit during the night shift. Join our elite night team at SE Indiana Respiratory & Critical Care. We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a high-autonomy, solo overnight ICU management role. In this position, you will own 100% of nocturnal procedures and lead rapid response teams while enjoying the security of immediate phone support from an on-call physician. This role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Technical Skills: Fully proficient in independent procedural skills and advanced ventilator management.

ACNP required OR · Masters Prepared; Graduate of a PA-C program that qualifies the graduate to sit for the certification examination recognized by the National Certification Commission for Physician Assistants (NCCPA). · Eligibility for State of Ohio licensure as a PA-C · 0 years of relevant experience required. · 0-2 years of relevant critical care experience preferred. Additional Information: The Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) Advanced Practice Provider (APP) delivers comprehensive, high-acuity care to critically ill adult surgical patients in the intensive care setting. Working collaboratively with surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams, the APP manages complex postoperative and medically fragile patients across a wide range of surgical specialties, including trauma, acute care surgery, transplant, vascular, and general surgery. The APP practices at the top of their license, providing direct patient care, performing advanced clinical assessments, managing critical illness, coordinating perioperative and postoperative care, and supporting continuity across the surgical critical care service.
