This unique model provides standardized, high-quality care while allowing nurses to develop expertise across both orthopedic and neurologic specialties.
The Team Lead Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership during assigned shifts. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, this role coordinates daily operations, supports and mentors staff, serves as a clinical resource, and provides direct patient care as needed.
Position Highlights

Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
