Position Overview: The Wound Healing RN provides direct nursing care to patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds. This position works closely with physicians and other members of the wound care team to assess patients, implement treatment plans, provide education, and monitor healing progress. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive wound assessments and document wound characteristics, measurements, treatment, and patient progress. Provide wound care and dressing changes according to physician orders and established clinical protocols. Assist physicians and providers during wound care procedures and treatments.
