We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our evening shift or weekend supervisor team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Countryside Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

  • Supervise and guide a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status and identify areas for improvement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

  • 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
