We are looking for a Home Care Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our clinical team while helping ensure patient centered care remains at the heart of everything we do. 
 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, support, and mentor frontline clinical staff
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Help develop and support clinical team members
  • Help recruit and retain strong clinical staff
  • Establish and maintain standards for quality care
  • Support clinical compliance, training, and professional development
  • Identify opportunities to improve care and processes
  • Maintain a collaborative, patient-focused team environment
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership alongside the Home Care Team

What we're looking for:

  • Missouri Registered Nurse license
  • Three years of home care and management experience highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships with patients, families, physicians, and clinical staff
  • A positive, collaborative approach and strong commitment to patient care
