Minimum Requirements: 

  • Must be a graduate of an approved registered nurse program. 
  • BSN or MSN required. 
  • Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina. 
  • Minimum of three years of nursing experience required with one year of experience being related to the patient population and /or specialty of the unit. 
  • Current AHA BLS certification required. 
  • Evidenced expertise in clinical judgement and leadership ability.
