Essential Responsibilities

Provide individualized care according to each resident's care plan.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Assist with feeding and mealtime support as needed.
Safely assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Support residents' emotional and social well-being through compassionate interaction.

Qualifications

Current Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
