As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Right at Home Pasco, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.

Home Health Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, ambulation/transfer assistance
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Provide medication reminders as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support

Home Health Aide Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and reference checks
• Home care experience preferred
• Alzheimer's or dementia experience a plus
• CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required
