Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team at Maggie Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center, a provider of high-quality rehabilitation and long-term care services in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

  • Assist with transferring and repositioning patients as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and services provided

  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Please note: A high school diploma or equivalent is not required, but a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional care are essential.
