About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Advocate Healthcare of East Boston, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while also ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of each patient. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• Monitor and report on patients' conditions, including vital signs and any changes in their condition
• Participate in quality care initiatives and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
