Join our growing Spine Program and become part of a close-knit team of surgeons, advanced practice providers, and nurses dedicated to exceptional patient care. This role includes patient triage, clinic support, surgery scheduling, and order management across our Carmel, Indianapolis, and Avon locations. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays. Clinic experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience.   • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).
