JOB SUMMARY

The role encompasses the management of critical care patient care through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education:  See License and Certifications.

 

Experience:  None.

 

Knowledge and Skills:  Able to work in a fast-paced environment; manage/prioritize/delegate patient care, and complete work assignments and other duties as assigned. Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. 

  

License and Certifications: Current nursing license, state of California and current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS required. Basic Arrhythmia, Basic 12-lead EKG, and a Critical Care course are required within 6 months of hire.

PAY RANGE

$47.90 - $71.84

 

The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change.  Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills.  For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
