Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and attention to their needs

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including scheduling, staffing, and evaluating performance

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and center standards

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmission rates

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
