Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations.
Step in as Acting Director of Nursing when needed.
Cultivate a safe, supportive, and high-performing workplace focused on quality care.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Lead weekly wound care rounds and maintain readiness for facility surveys.
Serve as a vital link between nursing staff, management, residents, and families.
Drive engagement, teamwork, and professional development within the nursing team.

Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities (required).
Strong leadership, decision-making, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
