Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers

  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of medication administration and resident care

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, families, and visitors

Requirements:

  • Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents when necessary

  • Basic knowledge of medication administration and nursing procedures
