We are currently seeking an LPN Lead to join our team of behavioral healthcare professionals. This role provides shift-level leadership and support to nursing staff while helping coordinate daily nursing operations and promote safe, high-quality care for our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide shift-level leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff to promote safe and effective client care.
  • Coordinate nursing workflow, staff assignments, and daily operational activities to support continuity of care.
  • Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling concerns, call-offs, and on-call coordination as needed.
  • Support nursing coordination for client admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Communicate client care concerns, staffing needs, and operational updates to nursing leadership.
  • Assist with the orientation, onboarding, and training of new nursing staff.
  • Promote compliance with medication administration procedures, HIPAA requirements, state licensing regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Support preparation for regulatory, licensing, and accreditation surveys.
  • Respond to client, staff, and operational concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality care and positive client outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive client and company information.
  • Complete all required training as designated by the company and applicable licensing or accreditation entities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Provides shift-level supervision, guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff to promote safe care delivery, effective daily operations, and compliance with program policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Current, valid, and unencumbered Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, HIPAA regulations, and applicable state licensing requirements.
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certification as required by the facility.
  • Prior experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or inpatient care settings preferred.
  • Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CARF or other healthcare accreditation standards preferred.

Schedule and Compensation

  • Pay: $31.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts, either 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend is required.
