We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week contract assignment in Britton, SD. This night shift opportunity offers a consistent 36-hour work week and competitive weekly compensation while providing high-quality care to residents and patients.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Active LPN License (South Dakota or Compact State License)

• Current BLS Certification

• Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
