SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Hopedale, MA. We are seeking caring, dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence at home. Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
