Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified HHA or CNA with Hoyer Experience to join our Weekend Shift team in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. Responsibilities:

Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, including personal care, medication management, and daily living activities
Utilize Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices to ensure safe and comfortable transfers
Monitor and report changes in client condition, vital signs, and medication adherence
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including documentation and billing
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Experience using Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and customer service

Work Environment:

Full-time, 40-hour per week position, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling
