At Right at Home, we have a strong team culture and are looking for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, approachable, and professional. You should be comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life, listening carefully, making good decisions, and keeping the client’s needs at the center of everything you do.

You do not need to be a professional chef, but you should be comfortable preparing basic meals and helping clients safely navigate their kitchen.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working as a CNA or caregiver providing care for adults or seniors

  • A compassionate and respectful approach to caring for individuals who are ill, aging, or in need of assistance

  • Ability to successfully meet the physical and emotional demands of providing direct client care

Where you work matters. At Right at Home, our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve, and that includes creating a workplace where our caregivers feel appreciated, supported, and valued.

If you are looking for meaningful work, flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life, we would love to hear from you.
