Geriatric or adult medicine experience preferred, with a focus on skilled nursing, long-term care, hospice, palliative care, or similar settings. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with elderly and chronically ill patients and their families. Ability to meet a minimum of 12 patient visits per day, with bonuses for surpassing this target. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Plan benefit structures is a plus.
