At Comfort Keepers, we are hiring experienced caregivers who bring hands-on skills, strong communication, and dependable availability to every client they serve. $23.00 is the starting rate for everyone hired into this position. Where you land between $23 and $27 depends on the same job-related factors for every candidate: Verified caregiving experience (length, relevance, and duties) Specialized skills (dementia care, personal care, mobility help, safe transfers) Certifications and training Scheduling availability that matches current client needs, including weekend, overnight, or extended shifts when a client needs them Service areas you can cover across San Diego County Meeting the minimum experience does not set the rate at the top of the range. We confirm experience and qualifications before making an offer.
