Responsibilities

Provide resident-centered nursing care.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Work with residents, families, and teammates to support each resident’s care plan.

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license.
Strong communication and nursing skills.
A compassionate, dependable approach to resident care.
Long-term care experience preferred.
