Responsibilities

  • Provide resident-centered nursing care.

  • Assess residents’ conditions and communicate changes to the care team.

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

  • Work with residents, families, and teammates to develop and support individualized care plans.

Qualifications

  • Active Ohio RN license.

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

  • A compassionate, dependable approach to resident care.

  • Long-term care experience preferred.
