As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at ProMedica Washington Township, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our short-term and long-term care residents. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive rehabilitation services, behavioral care, and skilled nursing to individuals in Glassboro, New Jersey.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities
• Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other clinical tasks as directed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
