SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for compassionate and reliable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our caregiving team in Stoughton, MA. We’re urgently hiring individuals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing quality care in the comfort of their homes.

What We Offer

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

  • Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

  • Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

  • Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

  • Communicate changes in clients’ needs or conditions to the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

  • Patient, compassionate, and dependable

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

  • Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

  • Complete vaccination records preferred
