Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Technician to join our team at our Cassville, Missouri location. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for administering medications, providing personal care, and promoting independence and dignity for our residents. Responsibilities:

Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any adverse reactions
Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and transferring
Implement care plans and resident-centered interventions to promote independence and dignity
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and internal teams to ensure seamless care
Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
