Are you passionate about developing others, elevating care standards, and creating a strong culture of learning? Our Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Development Coordinator/Nurse Educator to lead training, onboarding, and ongoing staff education.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee all staff education and training programs

  • Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding staff training and competencies

  • Provide ongoing clinical education, skills check-offs, and annual competencies

  • Support leadership with performance improvement and quality initiatives

  • Serve as a resource for clinical staff, promoting excellence in resident care

Requirements:

  • Active RN license

  • Previous experience in staff development, training, or education within a SNF or healthcare setting

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for long-term care

  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping teams grow
