Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our medical team. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing daily living assistance to our residents under the supervision of our licensed healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and manage medication systems

  • Perform vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions to licensed staff

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and vital signs

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
