Luxor Healthcare Group is seeking experienced Directors of Nursing (DON) to join our growing team. We are looking for strong nursing leaders with skilled nursing or long-term care experience who can lead clinical operations, support nursing staff, and promote quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing department operations.
Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
Monitor clinical outcomes, infection prevention, documentation, and quality measures.
Manage nursing schedules, staffing levels, and productivity.
Support survey readiness and follow up on plans of correction.
Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to improve resident care.
Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

Current, active RN license in the applicable state.
Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and nursing home operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage nursing staff, clinical priorities, and regulatory compliance.
