Conduct regular infection surveillance, data analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care. Address and resolve any resident or family concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. RN Unit Manager/Infection Preventionist Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in a supervisory role in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
