SYNERGY HomeCare is actively looking for caring and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Attleboro, MA. We have an urgent need for caregivers who are passionate about helping others and want to make a difference by providing quality care in clients’ homes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

  • Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

  • Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

  • Follow individualized care plans and clients’ daily routines

  • Report changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

  • Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

  • Complete vaccination records preferred
