Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team. As a CNA at Sterling Healthcare, you will work closely with our licensed nursing staff to provide individualized care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and rehabilitation therapies. Our team is committed to delivering the highest level of care in a supportive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for our residents, including bathing, dressing, serving meals, and assisting with feeding as needed
• Assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident
• Follow the direction of our licensed medical professionals
• Be a flexible, caring, and supportive member of our team

Job Requirements

• Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous CNA experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to build rapport with our residents
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
