Job Summary: As a Unit Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality care in a supportive and caring environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes.
