Location: Somerton, Philadelphia, PA Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team. The RN Unit Manager will oversee the day-to-day nursing operations of an assigned unit while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Job Summary The RN Unit Manager will provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff, coordinate resident care, monitor compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards, and promote a positive environment for residents, families, and employees. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the assigned nursing unit. Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. Ensure residents receive individualized, safe, and quality care. Conduct ongoing assessments and monitor residents' changes in condition.
