Required Experience & Qualifications

✅ Previous experience with Hoyer lifts
✅ Previous experience with slide board transfers
✅ Ability to push, pull, and assist with up to 50 pounds
✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✅ Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
✅ Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight shifts

Responsibilities

Assist with transfers using Hoyer lift and slide board
Provide personal care and overnight supervision
Assist with positioning, mobility, and safety needs
Monitor and report changes in condition
Maintain a positive and engaging environment
Follow the client's care plan and agency policies
