We are looking for dependable caregivers who genuinely care about others, communicate professionally, and take responsibility for their scheduled shifts.

What We Offer

Competitive pay: $17–$18+/hour
Day shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Overnight shifts: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekend shifts available and needed
Early pay access through Tapcheck or biweekly payroll

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care based on each client's needs and care plan.
Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the office team.
Respond promptly to scheduling calls and messages.
Arrive on time, follow through on shift commitments, and report schedule conflicts as early as possible.
Report changes in client condition or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Previous caregiving experience preferred; CNA certification is a plus.
Childcare experience may be considered for candidates who demonstrate the ability to provide safe, compassionate care.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance.
Strong communication, dependability, and a professional attitude.
Ability to meet the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
Willingness to complete required onboarding, training, and background screening.
