About the Role:

As a Regional RN Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents across our senior living communities. Your expertise and leadership will help drive operational excellence, improve clinical outcomes, and enhance the overall resident experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical guidance, support, and oversight to our on-site nursing teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and development of care plans for residents, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to address potential issues and improve outcomes

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to inform decision-making and policy development
